Presentpedia Copyright Dispute Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, Presentpedia has established the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to (1) block access to or remove material believed in good faith to be copyrighted material illegally copied and distributed by our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users, and (2) terminate service for repeat offenders. Please note that your use of Presentpedia services is always subject to the Terms of Use, which includes this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any terms used in this Policy without definition are as per the Terms of Use.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that material on Presentpedia infringes your copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement to our Designated Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the infringed works or materials.
  • Description and location of the infringing material.
  • Contact information of the notifier.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.

Upon Receipt of Infringement Notification

Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, Presentpedia reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the accused content provider of the removal.
  • Terminate access for repeat offenders.

Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If a content provider believes the removed material is not infringing, they may send a counter-notice with:

  • Signature of the content provider.
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
  • Statement of good faith belief that the removal was in error.
  • Contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
